Payment Terms and Enrollment Policies

Hourly Classes (after school classes, Mouse Play House):

Pre-payment for classes is required.
Classes will be filled on a first-come, first-served basis. Registrations will be processed in the order that we receive them.
Tuition will not be prorated or refunded due to absence. During the school year, if you find you need to cancel your registration, we will grant a refund, IF your child's spot is filled 24 hours before the class starts. A 15% service charge will be deducted at the time of the refund. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled start of class will not be refunded.
Full refunds will be granted for classes cancelled by the studio.
You will receive an e-mail confirmation of your enrollment after payment and registration are received.
Students’ vaccinations/immunizations must be up-to-date with standards set by the Washington State Department of Health guidelines in order to attend classes at Roaring Mouse. Parents/guardians must be able to provide a certificate of immunization upon request.

All sales final. No credits or refunds will be issued for cancelled Kids Night Out registrations.

All sales final for Holiday Gift Making classes and workshops.
Transfers to another Holiday Gift Making class might be possible—depending on available spaces—up to two weeks before the start date of the student’s original class.

For July and August Preschool classes, there is open enrollment on a first-come, first-served basis; the waiting list is not used to fill these classes. The age range for July and August Preschool is 3-5 years old or entering Kindergarten.
Enrollment in July or August Preschool classes does not guarantee enrollment in school year Preschool or Creative Arts Programs.

Enrollment is on a first-come, first-served basis.
Please note: If for some reason you need to cancel, please do so before June 1st. Before June 1st, you will receive a refund minus a 15% processing fee. After June 1st, no refunds or credit will be granted.

Preschool (ages 3-5) enrollment during the school year (September through June) is through a waiting list. Creative Arts (ages 2 1/2 - four) enrollment is ongoing.

A non-refundable registration fee of $100 and June tuition is due upon registration for the school year Preschool and Creative Arts Programs.
One month written notice to the Roaring Mouse office is required if you are planning to vacate your space. If we are able to fill your spot within one month of notification, we will refund your prepaid June tuition, less a 15% administrative fee. If we are not able to fill your vacated spot within a month, your prepaid June tuition is forfeited. The $100 registration fee paid at the time of registration is non-refundable.
